These terms govern your use of the website dartzmotorz.com (the “Website”), operated by DARTZ Grupa OÜ, registry code 11553015, VAT number EE101277761, Maakri 19/1, 7th floor, 10145 Tallinn, Estonia (“DARTZ”, “we”, “us”). By using the Website you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
2. No online shop
The Website presents DARTZ vehicles, projects and departments for information purposes. No goods or services can be ordered or paid for on the Website, and nothing on it is a binding offer.
Vehicles, conversions and other bespoke work are sold only under a separate written agreement signed by DARTZ and the customer. Prices, specifications, delivery terms, warranties and your statutory rights for such purchases are set out in that agreement.
3. Enquiries
You can contact us through the contact forms on the Website, by e-mail at [email protected] or by phone at +371 26522232. Sending an enquiry does not create any contract or obligation for either party.
