The DARTZ Prombron’ Black Dragon is the Pullman-saloon BOND DARTZ first built for China in 2012, in a run of twelve. Its successor, the Black Dragon CLV, is shooting-tested on camera and open for orders.

Made for China, 2012
In February 2012 DARTZ announced a BOND for one market only. The Black Dragon was a business Pullman Saloon with three doors on the right side, and DARTZ called it the World’s Most Expensive SUV. For clients who needed more than prestige, the “Lead Zeppelin” package added lead inserts to the body panels and special lead glass.
A cabin of dragons
Inside, the Black Dragon was a boardroom: a 42-inch 3D television, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and an electrochromic roof. The trim was black piano lacquer inlaid with dragons. Silver dragons rode on the wings, the railings carried Chinese patterns in silver plate, and the badge was a dragon in diamonds, gold and rubies.
The Black Dragon CLV
The Black Dragon returns as the CLV, the badge DARTZ reserves for its 155th-anniversary editions. DARTZ filmed its shooting tests in 2024. Every CLV is specified to the client: performance, armour and cabin are agreed in a private consultation, not chosen from a brochure.
